Buying Credits
- From the user dashboard, locate and click on the 'Buy Credits' button in the top right corner to bring up a dialog box.
Determining Credit Needs
A few questions will guide your credit purchase:
- Indicate the total number of participants, including you, the coach. For instance, if training with three players, the total count is four.
- Specify the intended training duration, considering both the session length and frequency. If you're training for an hour weekly for a month, that's 4 hours in total.
Completing the Purchase
- Click 'Calculate' to obtain the credit cost.
- Click 'Pay Now' to advance to the billing page.
- Begin with your full name and address.
- Proceed to input credit card details: the card number, expiration date, and CVC.
- Ensure you mark the 'Authorize' checkbox before finalizing with 'Pay Now'.
Upon successful completion, a confirmation will arrive in your email. Click 'Go to Dashboard' to return and commence your training sessions. If you are ever short on credits, simply repeat the above steps to replenish credits and continue with your training.
